Revolt Fitness Week 4 Protein Pancakes Recipe - Changes are coming and
Staring next week (June 3, 2013) the Revolt Now Fitness program will change from 6 to 4 weeks. This will make it so much easier to follow along with the fitness and meal plan provided.

Now for one of my favourite recipes on this program.
Having a breakfast high in protein will keep you full and help start your day off right. Here is my favourite breaksfast recipe on the program so far.
Banana Protein Pancakes
3 egg white (or 2 full eggs)
1 medium banana
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Cook as you would regular pancakes.
Tip - I like to use coconut oil for these pancakes because of the health benefits and the great flavour it adds!
Topping options - fresh fruit, unsweetened applesauce or small drizzle of real maple syrup.
